Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how FlyingAutomation (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, purchase our digital products, or request custom services (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you consent to this Policy.

1) What we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, email, company, role)

  • Purchase details (products, price, transaction ID—payment card data handled by our Payment Processor)

  • Project info for custom work (requirements, workflow diagrams, sample data you choose to share)

  • Support communications and files/logs you submit

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)

  • Cookies and similar technologies (for essential site functions, analytics, and—if enabled—marketing)

Third-party sources

  • We may receive information from payment, analytics, or authentication providers, consistent with their policies.

AI/LLM usage data

  • If you use our AI-powered workflows or request demos, prompts and outputs may be processed by AI providers (e.g., OpenAI). Do not include sensitive data in prompts unless you have reviewed the provider’s policies and configured your environment appropriately.

2) How we use information

  • Provide, deliver, and support the Services (including downloads and license verification)

  • Configure and customize automations and templates you request

  • Communicate with you (confirmations, updates, support, marketing with your consent)

  • Improve and secure our offerings (analytics, debugging, preventing fraud/abuse)

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

3) Legal bases (EU/UK users)

We process personal data on these bases: contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving Services), legal compliance, and consent where required.

4) Sharing information

We share information with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, email, analytics, error monitoring, payment processing, AI/LLM providers) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations

  • Professional advisors and authorities where legally required

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition)

We do not sell personal information. If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising in the future, we will provide a “Do Not Share” mechanism.

5) Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for site functionality and may use analytics cookies to understand performance. You can manage cookies via your browser. If we use marketing cookies, we will request consent where required.

6) Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Project files shared for support are typically deleted within 90 days after resolution unless we are legally required to retain them or you ask us to keep them longer.

7) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for security of your local/self-hosted environment, API keys, and access controls.

8) Your choices and rights

  • Marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

  • Access/Deletion/Correction: Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, or to object/restrict processing.

  • Do Not Track: We do not respond to DNT signals.
To exercise rights, email at [support@flyingautomation.com]).

9) AI/LLM and third-party processing

When you enable AI features or run our workflows that call external models/APIs, your inputs/outputs may be sent to those providers. Their handling of data is governed by their privacy terms. Use discretion with sensitive data, and consider hosting options or providers that meet your compliance needs.

10) International transfers

If we transfer personal data outside your country (e.g., to the U.S.), we will rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by law.

11) Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to remove it.

12) Changes

We may update this Policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.
